قمنا مؤخرًا بزيارة فرع عيادة دكتور لاونج في النوزة لحجز جلسات علاج هيدرافيشال مسبقًا. وللأسف، كانت تجربتنا مخيبة للآمال. أثناء الجلسة، توقف جهاز البخار عن العمل في منتصفها. أحضر الموظفون جهازًا بديلًا، لكنه تعطل هو الآخر بعد فترة وجيزة. أثار هذا الأمر مخاوف بشأن صيانة أجهزتهم. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، بعد انتهاء الجلسة، طُلب منا دفع رسوم إضافية تحت مسمى "ضريبة لغير المقيمين". لم يُذكر هذا الأمر على الموقع الإلكتروني، ولم يتم إبلاغنا به في الاستقبال قبل بدء الجلسة. عندما أثرنا هذه المشكلة مع المدير، قيل لنا إن الموظفين غير مدربين بشكل كافٍ. كما أُبلغنا أنه في حال عدم الدفع، سيتم خصم المبلغ من راتب موظفة الاستقبال، مما وضعنا في موقف محرج. علاوة على ذلك، ورغم طلبنا الإيصال عدة مرات في العيادة ومتابعة الأمر هاتفيًا في اليوم التالي، لم نحصل على إيصال بالمبلغ الإضافي المدفوع. بشكل عام، نحن غير راضين عن هذه التجربة، ولا ننصح بهذه العيادة.
We recently visited the Nozah branch of Dr Lounge Clinic for pre-booked HydraFacial treatments. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing.
During the procedure, the steamer machine stopped working midway. The staff brought a replacement, but that machine also failed shortly after. This raised concerns about the maintenance and servicing of their equipment.
Additionally, after the treatment was completed, we were asked to pay extra charges labeled as “tax for non-locals.” This was neither mentioned on the website nor communicated to us at the reception before the procedure began.
When we raised this issue with the manager, we were told that the staff is not trained correctly. We were also informed that if we did not pay, the amount would be deducted from the receptionist’s salary, which put us in an uncomfortable position.
Furthermore, despite requesting it multiple times at the clinic and following up with a call the next day, we were not provided with a receipt for the additional tax amount paid.
Overall, we are dissatisfied with the experience and would not recommend this clinic branch.

يسوون لك الجلسة وبعدين تحلمي تسوين جلسة الرتوش لأن ما احد من خدمة العملاء بيرد عليك عشان تحجزين موعد سواءً واتس او كول سنتر وفوق هذا تروحين للعياده وحتى موظفة الاستقبال ترفض تحجز لك موعد وتسألين وين الادارة تقول لك مافيه احد! هل يعقل فرع مافيه مدير؟! اكبر نصابين
