Shave the targeted area 24 hours before the session.
Avoid sun exposure or tanning at least one week before the session.
Do not use any bleaching creams or products containing retinol or acids.
Stop all traditional hair removal methods 3-4 weeks before your session; shaving is permitted.
Do not use perfumes or deodorants on the day of the session.
Inform the specialist of any medications you are taking or any skin problems you have.
Instructions after a laser session
Avoid direct sun exposure for 7–10 days and use sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher.
Use a soothing cream such as aloe vera or a cream recommended by the clinic.
Avoid hot showers, saunas, or gyms for 48 hours.
Do not use exfoliants or creams containing acids for one week.
Avoid shaving or using any rough tools on the area for 3 days.
Wear loose-fitting cotton clothing to reduce friction and irritation.

1. Introduction Welcome to the Doctors Lounge Clinic website. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before using the site or making any reservations for our cosmetic services. By using the site or making any reservations, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Services Provided: We offer a variety of cosmetic services, including, but not limited to, laser treatments, fillers, and Botox. All services are subject to availability and may be subject to change without prior notice.

3. Booking and Payment
*Full payment is required when booking online.
*Accurate and complete information must be provided when booking.
*All payments are accepted by credit cards or other approved payment methods on the site.
*VAT of 15% is collected before the start of the service for non-Saudis.
*Appointment required (priority for reservations).
* Upon successful completion of the payment process, you will receive a call from customer service to schedule an appointment.
* In case of non-attendance, please contact us to cancel the appointment and schedule another one according to availability.
* The period between the basic session and touch-ups ranges from 10 to 14 days.
* The period between touch-ups and the next session is one month.

4. Cancellation and Return Policy
* You can cancel your reservation 48 hours before the service time and receive a full refund within 14 working days.
*No refunds will be given if cancellation is made on the day of service or after the scheduled time.
* The laser or dermatology package is consumed over the course of one year from the date of purchasing the service or package, and is considered void if the sessions are not completed.
* The subscription may not be transferred to another client after the sessions have started.

5. Responsibility
* We are committed to providing high quality cosmetic services using the latest technology and equipment.
*We are not responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from misuse or failure to comply with instructions provided after treatment.

6. Privacy

* These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
