Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction Welcome to the Doctors Lounge Clinic website. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before using the site or making any reservations for our cosmetic services. By using the site or making any reservations, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Services Provided: We offer a variety of cosmetic services, including, but not limited to, laser treatments, fillers, and Botox. All services are subject to availability and may be subject to change without prior notice.

3. Booking and Payment
*Full payment is required when booking online.
*Accurate and complete information must be provided when booking.
*All payments are accepted by credit cards or other approved payment methods on the site.
*VAT of 15% is collected before the start of the service for non-Saudis.
*Appointment required (priority for reservations).
* Upon successful completion of the payment process, you will receive a call from customer service to schedule an appointment.
* In case of non-attendance, please contact us to cancel the appointment and schedule another one according to availability.
* The period between the basic session and touch-ups ranges from 10 to 14 days.
* The period between touch-ups and the next session is one month.

4. Cancellation and Return Policy
* You can cancel your reservation 48 hours before the service time and receive a full refund within 14 working days.
*No refunds will be given if cancellation is made on the day of service or after the scheduled time.
* The laser or dermatology package is consumed over the course of one year from the date of purchasing the service or package, and is considered void if the sessions are not completed.
* The subscription may not be transferred to another client after the sessions have started.

5. Responsibility
* We are committed to providing high quality cosmetic services using the latest technology and equipment.
*We are not responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from misuse or failure to comply with instructions provided after treatment.

6. Privacy
* We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.
* All personal information collected through the website will be used only for the purposes of providing the service and improving your experience with us.

7. Applicable law
* These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
* Any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of the Site or Services shall be referred to the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
